GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINE :
- 1. Discipline is an important part of education. Parents & Guardians must ensure that their wards maintain school discipline.
- 2. Every student must be punctual and regular in attendance. Parents are expected to co-operate with the work of the school by enforcing punctuality and regularity. Students must come 10 minutes before school hours.
- 3. It is compulsory for students to come clean & tidy in school uniform. Students with persisting unhygienic habits & without proper uniform will not be allowed to attend classes.
- 4. Students who are late or have been absent must bring a written explanation from their parent. No students will be allowed to cover classes beyoned 10 minutes.
- 5. Irregular attendance, negligence of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards members of the staff or bad more influence justify dismissal.
- 6. Students will not be allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without written permission of their parents counter signed by the Principal.
- 7. Under no circumstances parents should send their children to school if they are unwell.
- 8. Any student suffering from infectious disease must produce a special certificate to the effect that he / she can attend school without risk of conveying infection.
- 9. Tiffin ( dry only ) , water bottles a face towel are to be supplied by the parents every day. All boxes and water bottles must be labeled.
- 10. Children should not buy eatables from the vendors outside the school gate.
- 11. Every student is expected to subscribed a small amount towards school shows, religious or other functions and school works.
- 12. Parents should check the school Diary regularly and note teacher’s remarks. It is required to keep occasional contact with school authorities to discuss various matter connected with the child’s progress.
- 13. Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their children during the school hour or interview teachers without permission of the Principal. Complaint should be written and addressed to the Principal. Principal may get any interview between 8.00 A.M. to 10.00 A.M. And 11.00 A.M. to 1.30 P.M.
- 14. Presents to the staff or demonstration in their honour is not permitted.
- 15. Parents are requested not to write any remark or message in the Progress Report. If they want to make any enquiry, they must meet Principal in person. Private Tutor or Relatives other than legal Guardians are not allowed to discuss.
- 16. Enquiries are to be made in the office only.( Hrs. 8.00 A.M. To 10.00 A.M. And 11.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M. )
- 17. The school authorities reserve the right to suspend or dismiss any student without assigning any reason provided that they are satisfied that such step is necessary in the interest of the school.
- 18. Any change in the Residential, Office or Business address and phone number must be intimated to the school immediately.
- 19. Students will not be allowed to go home without identity card.
- 20. A full calendar month’s notice must be given in case of a child wiyhdrawn from school or month’s fee paid in lieu of notice. A month’s fee will be charged in case of Transfer Certificate.
- 21. Parents and Guardians are requested to sign the Progress Report on the appropriate place and to note the number of days the child may have absent during a month.
- 22. The evaluation of answer scripts and the other work done by candidates during the examination is with in the domestic jurisdiction of the school and therefore, no outside person or authority has jurisdiction to check scrutinize the answer scripts or other work done by candidates.
- 23. Pupils are subject to school discipline not only in the school compound but also while coming from and returning to their home and other public places.
